There are a few ways to book a counselling session:

Do I need to register for a counselling session?
You must be registered to book a counselling session.
Once you have navigated to the counselling page, there are two options:
1. Register with your work email
- Begin by entering your work email.
- The name of your organisation will appear, and you may have to specify your department.
- Once these steps are completed, you can change your login email to your personal email.
2. If you do not have a work email address, register with your personal email
- Enter your personal email and click register.
- On the next page, provide your organisation's website address.
- Select your organisation and follow the prompts to register.

Where can I find resources?
You can find resources through the Resource Portal.
This area is divided into three user sections: Employee, Employer, and Ambassadors.
- To log in, use your Employee Login with your work email address.
- To access resources, you must first register through your Employee Login.
- If you are accessing resources for the first time, you must register.
How do I register to access resources?
- Navigate to the Resource Portal.
- Begin by entering your work email.
- The name of your organisation will appear, and you may have to specify your department.
- Finally, choose a password to log in.
