Our Board

With diverse backgrounds spanning corporate governance, clinical services, and strategic development, they guide our mission to deliver exceptional Employee Assistance Programs across Australia and New Zealand. Their vision and dedication ensure we continue to innovate, uphold the highest standards of care, and make a meaningful impact on the wellbeing of individuals and workplaces alike.

Harry Petropoulos
Harry is the Chair of the Board and has held senior leadership positions in manufacturing and FMCG sectors. He is also a registered psychologist and an accomplished coach, mentor and trusted advisor to a number of senior executives across a diverse range of industries. He currently provides a range of executive coaching and team coaching services, conducts board reviews and governance training programs, and consults to public, private and NFP organisations on cultural alignment, organisational performance and strategy.

Gary Adler
Gary is an experienced Chief Information and Digital Officer with a demonstrated history of delivery execution, merger and acquisition systems integration, and large transformation in dynamic business environments. Skilled in digital transformation, Gary brings insights on IT Strategy, building high performance teams, innovation leadership, cyber risk strategy, and leveraging technology and AI platforms to create new operational and productivity. Gary has been involved with assisting several not-for-profit organisations as both a volunteer and advisor. Gary holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance and Business Law from the University of Western Australia.

Mary Lyras
Mary has extensive experience in business as an HR professional in leading change, building capability, enhancing performance, developing leaders and aligning cultures following mergers and acquisitions. Experienced across both the corporate and legal sectors, she brings insights into how corporate strategy can best be delivered through people.
Mary holds a B.Sc(Psych)Hons, Psychology, is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD) and is a professional member of the Australian HR Institute (MAHRI).
