Tracey Dillon

Acting CEO / Chief Operations Officer

Tracey has an extensive 30 year career in healthcare, specialising in leading Operations and Supply Chains. Throughout her career, she has held significant roles such as Supply Chain Director at Becton Dickinson and Alcon Laboratories. Her primary focus has been on aligning business strategy with people, processes, and technology, all while maintaining a critical lens on clinical outcomes.
This experience has created a deep understanding of the healthcare industry’s unique challenges and opportunities, as well as the regulatory requirements and standards that govern Clinical and Operations within the sector.

Tracey has a Post Graduate Diploma in Quality Management from QUT and has held previous qualifications in External Auditing.

Michelle is an Australian Chartered Accountant with 30 years’ experience in accountancy advisory and in-house financial management, across a variety of businesses in Australia and Europe. Michelle’s expertise includes internal and external financial reporting, transactional due diligence, budgeting and forecasting, working capital management, and project management. Michelle takes pride in the provision of creative problem solving and the facilitation of commercially astute outcomes.

Les is a highly experienced, innovative technology leader with over 30 years’ experience locally and internationally. He brings multi-industry discipline across a broad range of technologies with extensive project/program delivery experience, and a focus on cyber security.

Through strong leadership and collaboration, Les transforms IT departments into efficient and effective service focused teams, enabling the delivery of an organisation’s strategy and working closely with the business ensuring technology delivers the desired outcomes. Les has extensive experience in identifying, documenting and remediating risk within organisations, ensuring a safe future for business delivery.

Our Chief People & Culture Officer

Kathryn Hearn

Chief people & culture Officer

Kathryn brings over 15 years of HR generalist experience to AccessEAP, having led People & Culture teams at organisations such as Biogen, össur, Roche, Takeda, and Nestle. Her background also includes several years as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, giving her a unique perspective on building effective business partnerships and balancing commercial priorities with people-focused initiatives.

Kathryn is dedicated to enhancing psychosocial safety across the organisation and understands the vital role that leadership plays in creating a respectful and productive work environment. She holds a Bachelor degree in Business and multiple certifications in Training, Coaching, and Leadership. She is committed to listening actively and collaborating closely with the ELT and all teams to foster transparency, inclusivity, and trust across the organisation.

Dorienne Spennato

Director, Clinical Services Delivery

Dorienne has over 20 years of experience in Clinical Social Sciences and the Corporate psychology sector. Her career has expanded across a wide variety of industries; she has worked as a school counsellor, in the family and relationship sector, in clinical private practice and as a human resource manager. Dorienne has managed a large national Clinical team for over 6 years and currently has accountability as the Clinical Services Director for the National team providing service delivery to our clients and customers.

Dorienne continues to provide clinical counselling and coaching for work-related and personal issues. She also provides coaching to managers at all levels on how best to manage complex situations with their teams and colleagues. In addition, Dorienne delivers numerous courses in mental health and personal and professional development to all levels of employees and managers across many varied industries including financial, public service, legal, education, health and commercial and provides supervision to clinicians one to one and in groups.
