His leadership is grounded in mental health awareness, with a focus on creating work environments that empower individuals to thrive. David has consistently led organisational transformations by aligning business strategy with operational needs, fostering engaged teams, and driving sustainable growth across Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia-Pacific region.

David’s Board experience includes roles with Pathology Technology Australia, CatholicCare Sydney, and AccessEAP. As Chair of Pathology Technology Australia, he collaborated with industry stakeholders, government, and private sector partners to advocate for innovative healthcare solutions. During the pandemic, the Board’s advocacy was vital in addressing emerging challenges and advancing long-term industry innovation.
