Conflict Resolution and Mediation
Conflict is a natural part of working together. If managed well, it can have positive outcomes for individuals, teams and the organisation. If not, it can be devastating for morale and productivity. Conflicts that negatively impact individuals or teams can often be solved with objective input from a mediator.
We offer strategic solutions to workplace conflict through consultancy and training and can assist you to design and implement long term solutions aimed at reducing the incidence of work place conflict including:
- Consultancy to design conflict management strategies, policies and procedures
- Programs to develop knowledge and skills for managers to enable them to prevent and deal with situations which have the potential to develop into conflict
- Training in conflict resolution skills designed to enable staff to deal with conflict and maintain positive working relationships
How it Works
Parties must first agree that they wish to resolve the conflict. Once agreed, we provide a mediator to interview the individuals or teams, produce a report, and present practical options that allow all parties to move forward cooperatively. Such options might include mediation between two parties, group conflict assessment, coaching, or training
