Employee Self-Care Checks

Employee Self-Care Checks allow you to informally check how your people are coping while showing your commitment to support their mental health and wellbeing. These can be helpful for employees seeking support through a challenging time, developing self-care and coping strategies, or building resilience against burnout.

How it Works

Employee Self-Care Checks provide employees the opportunity to have a judgement-free and empathetic conversation with an impartial professional. Sessions are confidential, typically done by phone, and last between 15 minutes to 1 hour. While these checks are initiated by leaders/managers, participation is solely at the employee’s discretion. Common non-identifying themes can be provided to the organisation.
