James Bell

Customer Experience Director

James joined AccessEAP at the beginning of 2019 bringing with him extensive experience across a range of businesses, start-ups and equity-backed organisations. With a main focus on delivering transformation, business improvement and growth within the education and the edu-tech industries in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

In the role of Customer Experience Director, James is passionate about partnering with organisations that are focused on helping people. He brings a strong focus on creating data driven customer-centric solutions in partnership with customers to solve business and people challenges.  James leads a team of customer experience professionals who are passionate about helping organisations put their people in focus.

James holds a MBA, Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) and BA (Asia Pacific). He is committed to best practice in corporate governance and digital strategy and frequently shares his knowledge. He is active in the community, a knowledgeable and engaging speaker on digital disruption in human-centric organisations, a mentor to the EduGrowth (ed-tech accelerator) community and an active online contributor.
