Mental Health Awareness is put in focus with our EAP In Focus App.

At AccessEAP we put People In Focus and that means making it easier for our clients to access EAP services and take charge of their own wellbeing.

Our EAP In Focus App provides a direct call function to put your employees straight in touch with support and assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Booking appointments and e-counselling can also be organised conveniently within the App.

In addition to making accessing your EAP service easier, the App helps to remove the stigma and perceived barriers to accessing the service by explaining what happens in the initial counselling session and walking clients through the common myths held around counselling and mental health.

It’s Your EAP video briefly explains the EAP services, how they can be accessed and why they may need to be used. Frequently requested resources are also available in the areas of Health and Wellbeing, Career and Workplace, Financial Security and Legal Concerns, and Life Events.

The Guided Meditation area provides recordings to assist Relaxation, Sleep, Mindfulness and Preparing for a Presentation. Another great feature is the weekly Check In which encourages everyone to take charge of their wellbeing and take the time to see how they are travelling. The results will prompt and guide users as to whether they need to pay more attention to their stress levels and needs.

Audio versions of content are available wherever possible for ease of access and in recognition of the faster pace we are all expecting to receive information. Audio output also recognises the context and environment of mobile phone use.
