Cancellation Policy
Onsites, Critical Incidents and Manager Support calls
Any cancellation or rescheduling in consultation and service delivery require 24 hours’ notice (Business days, Mon-Fri, 8-6pm). Otherwise, will incur a charge to your organisation.
EAP or Any Other Individual Sessions
Any cancellation or rescheduling of the consultation session and/or the booked service require 24 hours’ notice (Business days, Mon-Fri, 8-6pm). Otherwise, the scheduled session will be forfeited and count towards your entitlement.
Learning & Organisational Development Services
Any cancellation, rescheduling or changes in consultation and delivery will incur costs, according to the timeframes below:
- Less than 72 hours (3 business days) notice will incur 50% of the total cost.
- Less than 48 hours (2 business days) notice we will charge 100%.
