As an Australian owned, not for profit Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provider our emphasis is on understanding the unique needs of our customers and tailoring our services to support and prevent mental health issues in the workplace. Due to strong and continued growth we need to compliment the Executive Leadership Team with a strategically focused leader to help achieve our goals and continue our ambitious journey to have all workplaces free of mental health issues.

Your role will be to develop and implement strategies focused on the customer experience that respond to opportunities and contribute to our competitive positioning as the EAP partner of choice. You will be responsible for ensuring the Marketing, Business Development and Relationship Management functions are totally coordinated and cohesive with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.

Leading a small team you will engage them in the implementation of business growth initiatives for new and existing customers with an emphasis on delivering an exceptional customer experience.  As part of the Executive Team you will look to identify, understand and develop initiatives to keep us at the forefront of the industry.

Your track record of success will reflect your true strategic skills from both a planning and implementation perspective. You will be adept at engaging employees in developing operational business plans that align with strategies and their own personal growth initiatives. Your key skills with include both your strategic and visionary leadership skills and innovative nature.

Due to continued growth we have an outstanding opportunity for a passionate and adaptable  person to work with us on our ambitious journey.

Your role will be to provide the first point of contact for all our clients and contribute to optimising our business reputation by ensuring the effective delivery of client services. Your key responsibilities will be client intake registration and processing, referrals to counsellors, record management, data entry, and general office duties.

Having recently graduated in Psychology or Social work your key skills will include your attention to detail and outstanding interpersonal skills. Most importantly you will enjoy working in a team environment that is driven by passion, excellence and caring.
