Yes. Psychosocial Risk Assessments are recommended if your organisation wants to proactively identify and reduce mental health risks. AccessEAP can help you develop a tailored psychosocial plan for a supportive work environment and, implement the services to manage hazards.

AccessEAP offers Manager Support services, providing guidance on employee management, conflict resolution, and leadership skills. We also have Manager Referred Support to help employees develop skills with manager involvement.

Yes, through our Onsite Support service, a clinician can visit your workplace to support teams during transitions or challenging times. Onsite Support is ideal for non-emergency but impactful situations.
