Manager Support
Our Manager Support services provide leaders and managers with expert, confidential guidance to navigate workplace challenges. Managers can encounter challenges unique to leadership roles or in managing teams. Talking with an objective expert can transform these challenges into opportunities for growth and success.
Managers and team leaders are able to consult with AccessEAP Senior Clinical Professionals via phone or in face-to-face sessions. While decision-making ultimately stays with the manager, discussing their situation allows managers to cooperatively formulate strategies and talk through how best to deal with difficult situations, to ensure the best preparation and outcome.
Manager Support assists managers with a range of issues:
