EAP Counselling
How it Works
The number of employee sessions and coverage for their immediate family depends on your organisation’s agreement with AccessEAP. Please note that we do not provide counselling services for children under the age of eleven.
Employees can also use EAP Counselling entitlement for coaching on personal goals. We also provide after hours and emergency support between 6pm and 8am seven days a week, including public holidays.

EAP Counselling Accessibility
The preferred mode of counselling where a therapeutic relationship between a counsellor and client is most easily established. EAP counselling usually occurs in the counsellor’s professional office, in a location convenient to work or home. Couples and family counselling is also available and can be requested when booking appointment.
